Transmission input shaft cover gasket
Transmission input shaft cover gasket
Getting ready to replace the input seal on my 5-speed and can't seem to find any place that will sell me just the gasket that sits under the cover. I know I did this on another transmission a few years ago but can't remember if I used a gasket or used form a gasket. My preference is for an actual paper gasket. Ryan did you find one when you replaced your seals? Anybody else?

Re: Transmission input shaft cover gasket
Thanks Ryan, that's what I've been looking for. My local auto parts stores did not have a listing for it.

Re: Transmission input shaft cover gasket
Thanks again Ryan. I picked up the gasket today at Z-Car Source.
