I'm not a DD member but I plan to join the caravan that was mentioned by DZA. I assume it's the same caravan.

I'll be in my daily driver 300zx (Z32). It been awhile since it's done a long drive, usually it's to the store and back, so it will be good to clear the cobwebs out of it.

We have two people with nice Z's, but no long distance experience with them, looking for support. I will hopefully have my 620 ready as well and definitely will be looking for support on the way up if I decide to take it. Post up here if you will join so we don't leave without you.
If someone has a car trailer I suppose I can tow it up with my van. Unofficial chase vehicle?

Yes, Ed, I'm a member of both groups and there will be people with both clubs caravanning up together, leaving from the some place at the same time. Carl, thank you for the offer. Let's see if anyone offers a chase trailer to bring along just in case. Thanks for offering to tow it up.

I may meet up with you guys as well. Will definitely confirm one way or another before the 30th. It's been a while since I have had the Repu out of town. Still need to get some new tires put on this week.

I looked into renting a uhaul truck/trailer combo for another car of mine but for 2 days rental it would have been over $350+ fuel so kind of steep. If anyone is looking for just a trailer only, there is a guy in Ahwatukee that rents his flatbed car hauler for $50/day. Find him on craigslist.

Update! Registrations are rolling in and we're looking forward to a great event!

Out-of-state entries are almost even with AZ registrations... Not sure how that happened, but I'd sure like to see more copper plates!

I'd offer up my flatbed trailer, but I believe it's spoken for. If the borrowing party backs out, I'll update here.

Let's harass the rest of the gang to get registered - I'm pulling long days from now until showtime to get all of our rides ready.

See you guys in Williams!

I finally registered for the show this afternoon. Do they send a confirmation email to verify that I have registered? How do I prove to them when I get there I’ve paid. I will be driving up Saturday morning just for the day. Looking forward to seeing a nice group of cars and owners.
Thanks,
Rob

I didn't receive any sort of confirmation other than the Paypal receipt. Unfortunately, after spending hundreds of dollars on new tires, battery, changing all fluids, etc... my pickup stalled out on me at the gas station this morning. I could make it about 1/4 mile before it would stall again. Six restarts later limped back into my driveway so I guess that is that. If I go it will just be in my daily driver as I did not have a backup ready.

Indeed it was a great day at the show. Many wonderful cars and people. Grateful the weather cooperated until the show was over.
