Just found this off the link in Randy's recent post regarding the October Church Car Show. Not sure how it relates to other Cars & Coffee Shows in Scottsdale, but it's in front of a (new?) Adam's Polishes Retail Store in the shopping center on the NW corner of the 101 & Shea, near the PGA Superstore & Sherwin Williams Paints. Every 4th Saturday 7-10am.
I live nearby and will stop by today and get some details. I might attend early and leave by 8:30 to make Randy's Tuneup Session over at I-17.

Okay so I'm coming late to this party. It's been going on since last June, but I never got wind of it even though it's only two miles from my house! They have 100-150 cars of all types, with coffee and doughnuts. The retail store is open and offer 20% off all products, and a free raffle at 9am for $2500 in Adams products. It doesn't really get rolling until 8am. I may still check it out.
