We have added a new menu item: Banner Archive.

Every three months, when a new banner is posted to the site header, I will add the old banner to this gallery. Red button on the right side goes straight there.

Made a couple adjustments to the permission tables. Issue at hand was members were not able to view other members albums. I "think" that the albums are working as desired now.

Changed your access to "Global Moderator", should do the trick. There are a lot of interactions in the permission levels that seem to overwrite each other for certain abilities. Still learning.....
