Members Photo Gallery

I have installed a photo gallery for those who wish to use it. I posted a few pics in it to demonstrate operation. Also have configured a "new photos" area so you can see the latest album posts.

To set up a personal gallery go to your user control panel where you will find a new tab "Gallery". You can create your gallery there.

I set the max photo size to 512K so should be good for 800 x 600 size photos. It will resize smaller photos when they are displayed.

I will be working on the settings to get in tuned for our use, but it is now available. The gallery will spawn internal to the site if you use the icon on the right side of the index bar, or if you use the menu button it will spawn on a new tab if you have it configured that way.

Made a couple adjustments to the permission tables. Issue at hand was members were not able to view other members albums. I "think" that the albums are working as desired now.
