health issues

had back surgery last month after putting it off for 4 months. been a struggle had 2 fractures on L5 vertebrae did fusion on L5 to S1 and decompression on L3,L4 had bone spurs, 27 staples installed on my back, have severe spinal stenosis as well, issues with C4 to C7 and T11,T12. I'm hoping to recovery quickly with therapy so i can get busy on grimace so i can bring it to williams this year. would like some help if possible if anyone can spare some time on the weekends
