Avatar Size?

Having issues saving a pic for the avatar, can't seem to make it small enough! Suggestions?

Hi,
I increased the allowed size to 150 x 120 pixels and 30k bytes. Default was set for 90 x 90 and 6 k bytes. Hope that works better. I tried with a 150 x 120 .jpg file and it loads okay now. Let me know if it needs to be larger.
