1988 Nissan Pulsar NX Twin Cam *FREE BUT HAS TO GO QUICK!*

I have a 1988 Nissan Pulsar NX SE project that I got years ago and unfortunately was never able to finish.
I'm moving out of state and already am bringing 3 cars along so I can't bring this one. It's a pretty rare car with an even more rare engine option, and I really don't want to send it to the scrapyard so I thought I'd see if anyone here wanted it first, I'd rather give it away to a good home than scrap it for a couple hundred dollars.
It's a Twin Cam SE model with a 1.8l CA18DE and a 5 speed manual. The engine and transaxle is outside of the car though as you can see. The engine had a blown head gasket so I took it out but never actually did it. It did run when I got the car albeit poorly. The hood is included and is back on the car currently, I just didn't have any pictures since I put it on.
The car would have to be towed from Mesa at approximately Gilbert and the 60, and the engine+transaxle would need to be picked up from my brothers house in Ahwatukee, near 44th st and Warner.

Bonuses: I have a spare 5 speed transaxle for it, and a 1988 Pulsar NX factory service manual, as well as an extra T top panel for the left side as the original one has a dent.
The title is notarized and ready to go. Send me a reply or a PM if you're interested and I'll give you my phone number. It has to go this weekend as it's at my neighbors house and I'm moving literally today (Friday 7/22) and she was nice enough to let me keep it there but I don't want to push my luck by having it there for a week. She will only be able to hand over the title and can't help with loading the car.
If you don't have a tow rig you can rent a u-haul and a car hauler for pretty cheap to get it to where you need to.
If you're using a pickup truck you'd need to bring either an engine crane to my brothers or a few guys to load the engine and transmission (and the spare trans). They're together as one unit. They are on a furniture dolly so you could roll it up a ramp on a u-haul but only the 15 ft trucks or bigger have a ramp FYI.
Let me know if you're interested!
