Definitely no 6sp from factory. But it's not uncommon for non-enthusiast to get details wrong. Considering what prices are these days this isn't a bad deal being it's complete and doesn't seem like a rust bucket.

It can be converted, I converted this one to a 1984 Maxima auto with OD. the car (84 Maxima) has an L24 so the trans bolts right on to the engine. (I also know of a 3-speed z-auto if wanted). The green button just above the shift is for the OD lock-out function. Ashley wanted a gated shifter, so she got one :-) lol

I messaged the guy to see the car today, but didn't hear back. Starting to look for another project.

This could be an interesting project Randy. Part of the early 70's mini truck craze. There was also a Volvo P1800 in Scottsdale on craigslist. Needs a lot of work but would be more valuable when completed.

Funny Aaron, I had seen both of those, and each was a possibility. My two 280Zs will be sold and out of my storage building by the middle of June. At that point I'll get serious about the "project." Thanks for pointing those out. Probably leaning more toward a Datsun pickup, but want a later one with the L20B and extended cab, if possible.

Sorry to hear that. Did the owner of that storage facility raise your rent the way you were worried about late last year? Things are getting real crazy with storage fees now.

For what it's worth, this is Sonny. I don't mind being called Aaron. He's a cool cat. But he might not like it. :D

Thanks for setting me straight on your name. Don't know why I thought that Luceboy was Aaron's handle. Yes, rent went up and I'm losing my co-tenant. Going to post an ad to see if I can recruit someone else needing storage to defray some of the cost.
