To Bagdad and Back 2021
Re: To Bagdad and Back 2021
Aaron, thank you! We want to keep this primarily Datsun/Nissan, though a few of our members will be driving something else. Appreciate the thought.

Still planning on it - and Goldie's front suspension is back together after her little freeway escapade...

Re: To Bagdad and Back 2021
Ya, Friday night 6:00pm rush hour traffic. I blame our crappy old impact Greg used to put the wheel back on the day before (+ not checking torque afterwards, + some twit in the drivers seat not pulling off right when he heard something odd...) A lot of fun on a Friday night, but it got me to replace the ball joints and tie rods on both sides. Replaced the damaged hub and lower control arm and was surprised there wasn't more damage to the right side suspension - pretty much just ground off the bottom of the ball joint as it slid down the asphalt. And, it's a good thing I have another fender...

Randy, I will gladly drive one of your cars if you don't want interlopers.

Carl, very nice of you to offer but you are welcome to drive whatever you want (Bimmer I'm guessing).
