Would love to join the group but the weather forecast for Payson is rain and snow all day Friday and well into Saturday. We'll keep watch and if it gets better we may try to make it and bring both Zs.

I just checked the weather for Prescott Valley for this week and looks like we are supposed to have snow on Friday and Saturday also. If that’s the case, I won’t be able to make it either. Hope that’s not the case. I’m really looking forward to this run. I’ll keep you posted so that you know if I’m coming or not.

Just a heads up for everyone planning on the trip to Baghdad tomorrow morning. The weather report looks iffy in Baghdad for Saturday and Sunday, though it looks nice here in The Valley. I am unfortunately out, regardless, as I threw my back out earlier this week. Duffman will be at the McDonald's at the scheduled time for the trip, so those who show up can make a "go, no go decision or perhaps choose an alternative route closer to home.

I am hopeful we are a go for the trip, and would appreciate everyone who would like to attend getting there between 9:30 and 10 am, with a departure of 10 am. We always get to lunch late in Bagdad, and I want to make sure, weather permitting, we are there around 12 to 12:15.

Fingers crossed, look forward to a great drive!

It looks like the weather is predicting flurries this afternoon up there, but tomorrow mostly sunny and 42 degrees.

I suppose worse comes to worse, we could always head south to tortilla flats or go up yarnell/89a/people's valley?

Randy, if your back is keeping your from driving - you are always more then welcome to ride shotgun. I am taking something quite interesting this time.

I just finished shoveling 3” off my driveway from last night.
If you guys are going to stay down in the valley I won’t make the trip.
I certainly understand about the weather.
Hopefully you guys can post in the morning what you decide or can call or page me at 530-919-1812.
Thanks,
Rob

Shoveled several inches off the driveway this morning with more coming down as I write. Needless to say, we won't be making the trip :(

It’s melting off here a bit and the roads are being plowed. Still hopeful.
