Looks Great! Nice work!

Next is reinstall the fuel tank with new fuel level sender and hoses. Then on to 280ZX struts with 300ZX hubs, 280ZX rotors and calipers.

The butyl sound deadner installed, 2nd layer of self adhesive closed cell foam laid on top. I'm hoping for a significant improvent in the reduction of heat and noise from the engine bay.

Removed the 280ZX lower strut perches:

but cut a little deep on one, had to weld a bead before painting:

Got em both painted ready for shaft collars and 510 lower perches:

Got the spacers milled to center the rotors in the calipers using 300ZX hubs:

Be pulling the front cross member shortly to get it sanded and painted. Still waiting on new strut inserts and a couple steering gear parts before I can put it all back together.

Cleaned up the crossmember, lower control arms, sway bar and TC rods, painted them all, installed new bushings everywhere and reinstalled them along with the modified 280ZX struts.

Once I torque everything down, will put new bearings in the 300ZX hubs, bolt on the rotors and spacers, add new calipers and pads.

Still waiting on the steering center link and inner right tie rod end to complete the suspension rebuild.

Anyone know where I can find a brake master cylinder pushrod? All the master cylinders for sale don't come with one.

Love it! I never tire of seeing meticulous work on Z cars, especially since there's so many who halfass the job.

Nice work Bob!
