72 240Z Chandler

Post by Turboman280 »

Friend of mines sister in law selling 72 240Z. Orange, all original, 68k miles. Asking $25.9K

My friend says it is a legit car. Only negative I see is no AC.

They have it on facebook marketplace but if you need photos or contact info I could probably figure out how to post.

Yes Carl, that looks to be a very nice car. I think I also saw it advertised on offer up. This past week I was made aware, by Greg Childs, of another comparable condition car here locally for sale. That one is a Series I 1971 240Z. Price will be in the same area ($25-30K). Seems like the going rate for nice rust-free original driver's quality cars. I made a trip to the Pavilions today and ran into another Series I 1971 240Z that the owner said he's considering selling. While I was there I also ran into Ryan, who owns and runs "Z Car Depot" in Missouri. He has a place out here, so is here periodically. Had a very nice discussion with him about the current Z marketplace and his business.

I would love to meet him. I shop there often, but the mandatory shipping insurance pisses me off.
