Roosevelt Lake Loop

Post by Randalla »

Still a couple of months out, but thought I'd at least get a date posted for this run that we typically do in the spring. Saturday March 13th looks like a good date this year. More details will follow as we get a bit closer. For those who haven't joined before, the route will take us north up the Beeline Hwy. to the cut off to Roosevelt Lake, which we follow to our lunch spot just outside of Globe (Guayo's on the Trail), then back home through Superior and Apache Junction. We'll invite the Desert Z Club and also the Tucson Z Club.

Quick update! I now have 4 positive responses back from the DZA guys and the Tucson Z club. I'm expecting many more. If you have not posted up yet, please do so, so I can get a good idea of how many to let the restaurant know to plan on. Thank you.

We're just about one month out from our upcoming “Roosevelt Lake Loop Run” on Saturday, March 13th. I've already heard from a number of you planning on attending. Our meet up spot will be the Target parking lot in Fountain Hills at 9:30 A.M. We'll plan to depart promptly at 10:00, with our first stop at Jake's Corner. Lunch will be at “Guayo's” on the Trail, just outside of Globe. I'll have directions printed out for everyone. If you haven't already told me you'll be coming, please let me know so I can advise the restaurant how many to plan for. Any questions, please feel free to call me (602) 312-4038

Thanks,
Randy
