More Time at Home?
More Time at Home?
With all the craziness of Covid 19, I'm guessing some of you have a bit more time on your hands and maybe will even get to a few repairs or improvements on your Datsuns. I've heard the word "boring" used by at least 3-4 people this past week. We'd love to hear and see what you're up to. This would be a perfect time to post up. Gives you something to do, and gives us some interesting reading. I'm doing a bit of work on my Roadster and will post pictures and a summary of improvements in the next few of days.

Here are before and after pictures of wet sanding and buffing the back of the Roadster as well as the brake lines I flared, bent, and installed yesterday.

Re: More Time at Home?
Nice work. Looks great.
Re: More Time at Home?
I've been spending some time on the 240z project dash refresh, also cleaned up the steering wheel... I had some old gauges I wanted to try cleaning up before I started the 240 gauges. All of this inspired by the work Chuck is doing on Saba's dash...
Not fun...
Vintage dash ready to attach to skeleton...
Pulled and cleaned up
Steering wheel refresh
Tested disassembly and clean. These gauges (speedo and tach) were sitting outside in an old 280 dash I had
I think they cleaned up nicely
