James, wrap that expansion valve with that tar-like stuff to keep condensation from forming on it and causing a drip.

Put tail lights in the Z. After going through a couple sets of tail light surrounds (sun soaked 40-year-old plastic just crumbles if you look at it wrong) I purchased these carbon fiber surrounds a few years ago. I decided the chrome trim rings would not go well, so I sanded my worst set and painted...

I had an Accell coil that seemed to be over heating in the horizontal position. I switched to the OEM ZX coil and have had no issues.

It is possible to get a voltage reading and have the circuit not able to handle a load. A poor connection at some point would be the likely cause. Melted fuse box contacts come to mind. First test each side of the circuit with a test light to find out if the problem is on the ground side or hot side...

Talk to Dylan at Elevens Paint and Fiber. He does great work for fair prices.
Not cheap though unless you use cheap materials. Then it will still look great, but only for a few years.
Craig had his white Z shot at Maaco and it looked nice. I think he did all the prep himself though.
